The PLOOF Guide

The idea is simple: pack your clothes, seal the bag and remove the air. Always follow the guide included with your kit for detailed instructions.

1. Make your pile. Fold your clothes and place them in the bag, keeping the closure clear.
2. Seal it up. Seal the closure along its full length, following the guide included with your kit.
3. Air out. Pack up. Place the mini pump on the valve and remove the air as directed in the guide. Close the valve, then pack the bag in your luggage.

Before you close your suitcase

Check that the closures and valves are clean and fully closed. Compression reduces volume, not weight, so weigh your luggage if needed.

And for the trip home?

Keep the mini pump with your kit. Your bags are reusable: follow the same steps to pack again, then the included care instructions once you’re home.
